The basic system is:  call them, use one of the script ideas, get them to take a look at an email you send them to watch the video.  Then conduct a follow up phone call....try to arrange a short follow up later that day or within 24 hours.  Don't ever get into a long drawn out conversation when you're in prospecting mode.  The follow up call when you call them back is to be more in depth....you can almost always get a 3-way call established.  For more in-depth you can email them your own personalized “Why Zrii” document.   Don't chase them on the follow up call.  If they did not look at the information when you call them back they may not be a good prospect.  I schedule a follow up and then ask the prospect when I'm making the appointment..."if you cannot make our time for the follow up call would you please give me the courtesy of calling me back ahead.....I promise you I will not waste your time and I'm sure you would not want to waste any of mine."   This lets them know you're a professional and you are serious, and your time is important and not to be taken for granted.

You would need to track these statistics from people you're calling if you wish to receive leads from me.

1.  How many dials you made.
2.  How many people you reached.
3.  How many said yes to take a look at an email.
4.  How many signed up.

The stats aren't critically important, just that the person keeps them and tells us what they are when they want more leads.  It's a Tracy Biller thing.  You can be successful in MLM by choosing the right company (we’ve got that), choosing the right team (we’ve got that), and applying yourself and learning.  What if it took 2 years of dedication to start making $80k year…is that worth the effort…yes.  Calling leads is absolutely the most common way that MLM leaders grow huge businesses.  There are 3 markets: warm market (people you know), meet market (people you prospect in person…positive people on the ball), and the cold market…advertising, leads etc.  within these markets are product prospects and business prospects.  I primarily focus on business prospects, and primarily look for our target market which is Network Marketers….home business seekers some of them embrace MLM and most do not unless you can educate them.  But everybody starts at the same spot.  It took me 2 years working part time to fire my boss.

Calling MLM Genealogy lists with a simple, direct and respectful approach.  We're talking to our target market, for one thing...people who have been involved in network marketing.   You are not selling anything.  You are sorting, rather than convincing...you are not in the convincing business.  Simply talk to lots of people every day and identify people that are "open to taking a look".  Keep it short, simple and to the point.  Be the messenger, not the message.

( If they ask "What is it?", say.....I'm involved with a new company called Zrii, and a new product that's endorsed by Dr. Deepak Chopra's Wellness Center in Calif.  The information on the website will give you a good overview of Zrii.  If you have questions after going through the material, we can talk.  If they want to talk more, tell them you're in a prospecting mode right now, and would be happy to speak with them another time AFTER they've reviewed some basic information in an email.  Set up a follow up appointment within 24 hours to call them to answer any questions ....'because I'm sure you will have questions...write them down and we'll go over them etc."

Always keep the initial calls at one minute if you're calling an MLM geneology list, never more than two.  It's well-known that leaders are readers and will read the info you send them in an email.  It may take some practice and adjustments to get in the zone with this method, but once you're there, it's fun, dynamic and lucrative.  92% of the population are sales-resistant.  People just don't want to sell or be sold.

This method sets you apart from the rest.  It's sales-free and magnetically attractive.  The key is... talk to lots of people every day and be action-oriented and results-driven....you're sifting and sorting looking for people that want a change NOW or people that are willing to take a look at something NOW.  No selling and no fancy words like awesome, exciting or revolutionary...Keep it about what's in it for them, rather than giving them lots of information about the company, product, prosperity plan etc.  Say more by saying less.  Use as few words as you can... keep it short.  We are the messenger, not the message.  Let the tools do the talking (ie. websites, sizzle call, 3-way call, opportunity call etc)

FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL AFTER THEY RECEIVED YOUR EMAIL AND WATCHED THE ZRII VIDEO

Develop trust and rapport.  You're not there to make a friend, you're there to show them that you're the leader that they have been looking for.  Be personable.  Start with a question....before I explain our program, company, success system in detail could you share with me what you do professionally, a little about yourself and your background.

- "We spend alot of time picking a company before putting our time, influence and credibiltiy on the line....we spend time on Due Diligence.....the video goes through all 5 elements....we call it the 5 pillars (ie. 5 Elements)  of success:  Management, Product, Comp Plan, Timing, Team.   Which of the 5 elements interests you the most or what do you have the most interest in with this company?
- Is it important for you NOW to create a Plan B additional income in your life?  (NOW is the key word here)
- Have you owned a home business before?

- Out of the six pillars of due diligence we teach: management, product, comp plan, team, timing, or Branding)...which is the most important to you?
- (Qualifying question) How soon would you be looking to get started?
- (Qualifying question)  If you found the right business that made sense to you, are you in a position to invest $200 to open the doors?

Answer their questions, do a 3-way call if necessary, then ask them if there is any reason holding them back from getting started now.  Make sure you know the cost of getting started...you can download a Zrii application document above which lists the pricing options.  Minimal is just about $195 for a single box of Zrii and a membership.  If they want to maximize their income get on 2 cases to receive the 40%, 30%, 20% fast start payout.  Let's get started.

 - If they want to get into very detailed questions be prepared to do a 3-way call have the phone numbers for upline leaders.  Don't ask the prospect.....just say..."that's a good question...hang on a moment let me see if I can reach one of my business partners"...then connect on a 3-way

- Focus upon Benefits, not features.  Focus upon what ZRII and YOU are going to do for them and how you are going to show them how to get it and help them get it, and how ZRII is the one and only choice.

- Use 3-way for business testimonials if you're new.  Your upline is successful in this company.  The prospect is listening to the radio station:  WIFM   - What's In It For Me?  Connect the dots for them.

Enticements:  Our team is growing fast.  Tell them how many new people are under you since December 1 or January 1st....or how many have been added since you first talked to them....or how many are in the holding tank NOW and can be placed under them as an enticing carrot (ie. to join).  They will have multiple leaders building underneath them...the comp plan rewards this behavior...we build deep at the bottom of the leg.

CALLING A GENERAL HOME BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY SEEKER LEAD

Simple script:

Hi this is "your name here" with Zrii…..and you had recently asked that somebody from our company give you a call.  I’d love to chat with you just for a minute to see if this may be something for you.

My phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX ……and if you could give me a call that would be great…and I will try to get back to you with another call.….
...and _____________ I’ll send you a follow up email now…look for an email from "your name here"



(.....perspective..... First of all you need to get your posture up and confidence.  They requested info and you're there to tell them like it is.  Actually I start with this...."this is name name ....I'm calling you back because you requested information from our website about starting a home business....How Can I Help You?"  then shut up and see what they say this will go a long ways to see where they're coming from.....ie. if they're a real prospect.

Your objective is to connect with the person....be genuine and not like a machine...keep your voice tone confident and clear and not too fast.  Have a short conversation with them but be in control you've got to connect with them.  If they want to interrupt and be rude and just cut to the chase I tell them..."look maybe this is not the right time for you......does my name show up on your caller ID....you can call me back at a better time."  I never call them back if I cannot connect with them on a personal level on the first phone call.  I don't have time to chase people.  I want people that are looking NOW!  If they're open to looking I ask questions like this:)

"Have you owned a home business before?"
"What type of work do you do now?"   "Oh interesting...how long have you been doing that?"
" Before I tell you about our business could you share with me a little about what you do professionally..?"
"What is going on in your life NOW that's got you looking to start a home based business?"

Qualifying questions to ask before spending alot of brain damage time with any prospect...."How soon would you be looking to get started?"....."If you found the right business that made sense to you are you in a position to invest around $200 to open the doors?"  (if not then don't spend a second with them, they can call you when they're ready or refer them to your website.)
 


Do 100 dials and you'll talk to 30 people.  Out of those, 10 will say yes to looking.  Out of those, 3 or 4 will actually do it.  And out of those, 1 or 2 will sign up.  Probably more with Zrii.  100 dials can be done in about 2 hours.  Can you imagine enrolling 6 or 8 new people each week, and having leaders  in your downline duplicating that?  It's very doable.  Everything is in place. Now the only variable is us.  Set aside some time weekly or daily to call leads.  Be positive and personable on the phone, not overly friendly, just sound like you know exactly what you're doing....'this is the way it is'.....they need to hear it in your voice.  They're joining YOU...and YOU are the leader they're looking for that can get them what they want.

You can also search on Google or Yahoo to find other MLM company distributors.  Other MLM companies:  search for their websites:  acai, goji, agel, amazon herbs, amigo health, vemma, fruitavida, eniva, lifeforce, mona vie “Goji distributor, Goji distributors” etc., Usana, Waiora.   The only time that success comes before work is in the dictionary.  Perspective: It’s not the words you say….It’s HOW you say it.   You may want to take a look at this etc...!

Miscellaneous script idea:  I found your website on the internet….I’ve been in networking for 3 years, I only work with top companies…..Have you looked at any other companies lately?  Are you a full-time or part-time networker?   Do you still have an interest in networking?

I was NOT looking for another opportunity when this company Zrii came into my life….but I’m sure Glad It Did!  You’re maybe not looking for another opportunity…..but wouldn’t you want to know more about a company that has this kind of all star lineup on their marketing materials….   This is by far the EASIEST company I have ever marketed.

Out of the 6 elements (ie. Why Zrii) that you would evaluate before joining a company…..which is most important to you?  (management, product, comp plan, timing, branding, the TEAM you join)...then focus upon that in the follow up call or on a 3-way with upline.

....if they're worthy you can mail them a tool like the "Stars Aligning" DVD......"You’ve seen networking company DVD’s before….but I’m pretty sure you haven’t seen anything like this DVD that JUST became available. 

On sending them a “Aligning the Stars” DVD package…If you think it is not real then throw it away…..if you agree that it is real and legitimate wouldn’t this be a company you would want to look at?  I very seldom mail out ANYTHING to someone that has not already taken the step to join....in nearly all cases it is a waste of time...and the prospect is willingly or unwillingly unable to commit and the package mailed to them will not change that .  They're either ready to make a change now in their lives or they're NOT....get the answer to this key question.
