By regularly communicating your enroller or Upline Leader knows that you are serious.  Your upline leader is looking for people to pay attention to and spend time with so let them know you are engaged in your business.  You're upline is likely too busy building their business to be calling downline as a courtesy call.   Anything that is on this site you should take responsibility for knowing.

These are the steps that you should go through, and these are the steps that YOU should take your personally enrolled distributors through when you signup someone:

- Treat it like a million dollar business not a hobby.  Think like an entrepreneur.
- Subscribe to the newsletter on www.10startraining.com   Listen to the conference calls.
- Know how to do a 3-way call with your prospects and your upline.  Keep your upline leaders' local and cell phone numbers handy.
- Goal #1 regarding 3-way calls is to introduce your new Business Leaders or prospects to your upline.

- Go to a ZRII local event or yearly conference when possible.  Look at the Meeting link at Zrii.com or watch for incoming email messages from Zrii corporate announcing meetings all over the country

- Learn about the different web sites and lead page systems that are available to you on this site.
- Get the various documents we use ie. comp plan, and save them on your local computer

- Purchase some business tools and business cards.  Recommended tools are listed on the home page.
- Also on the 10startraining site go through the Compensation Plan Training tutorial !!
- Get a Goamalaki.com web site set up for you and your personally enrolled distributors.  After creating the website ...go to the website....watch the video and complete the form so you/they know exactly how this system works.
- Construct an email message to email to prospects with attachments and include your Goamalaki site or a lead page hyperlink in the body of the email.  Save the email message or Word document file and use it over and over again. 

- When you signup someone, send them a welcome package with some offline tools and a brief welcome letter. 

- Think about your business plan.  There are ONLY 3 ways to grow a business:  warm market, meet market, cold market advertising.  What is realistic for you?  At any given point I am doing all three.  We expect to have advertising co-ops available in the future stay engaged with your business to stay on top of new developments.
 

 - Know the differences in compensation between YOU being on one case (30,20,10%) or two case (40,30,20%)monthly Zrii autoship.  We recommend you get on 2 case autoship to maximize the compensation plan, then get 3 people to get on 2 case autoship per month and your business will more than break even.  Do exactly what you want to do, if you can't afford 2 case get on 1 case of either the Fridge Samples or the bottles

-  Start a Tax file for product purchases, cell phone, internet access, computers, travel, office supplies, events, travel, marketing materials etc.

-  If you know somebody in your warm market, somebody that you know personally that you would like to take with you to the top, someone with ambition etc. be sure to contact them first.  Let them know you're 'doing this thing" and "they may want to get a position'.

- For people you personally enroll you should send them a very basic welcome letter, biz card, newspaper, and Aligning the Stars video booklet.  This shows you're a professional.  Your people should do this with their enrollees also.  You're building people.

- When you enroll someone, get them signed up on the 10startraining newsletter, 3-way with your upline, take them on a quick online tour have them bookmark the 10startraining site in their Favorites, and have them spend time on this amalakisuperstar site. 

- Get into action.  Our team will help you make money if you get into action. 

- Do the things that leaders do.  We know what works.  We've done this before.   

- For myself it took 2 years working part-time with a top company in the MLM industry before I was making enough to dump my dayjob.  It may take you longer and it may take you less time.  There is no better business model than MLM because of the earnings potential and lifestyle.  There is no better MLM than ZRII -review the Why Zrii document and know the top ZRII selling points.  We're not here to distribute information, we're here to solve problems, if a prospect wants information they should go to the library.  Create a sense of urgency..."by tomorrow I want your decision etc" people will delay and delay.  Tell them if they get a position before end of day tomorrow ...anybody that you personally enroll you'll put under their business to help them start building their business.  We hope to have an email marketing advertising co-op in place with targeted advertising.
